i found the breakfast had a high quality with a varied selection. the staff were very friendly and helpful too. the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. a short walk to local attractions was a bonus.
i was charged an early check in fee even though a room was available. the room was very small compared to other similar hotels in the chain especially with a travel cot inside. there were no bottled waters, and i was told i could use tap water or pay for bottled water.

i stayed for a few nights and the room was nice. the free breakfast have many option and i found it spot on. the staffs was great too.
the room was a little smaller for me. also, parking costs extra. it is away from the hotel and in the rain, so its not much fun trying to find the way out of the car park.

faulty air conditioning crowded breakfast
i was a bit disappointed. the room was too warm. the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. i couldn't get the temperature to a comfortable level. also, the breakfast area was very crowded. it was difficult to find a table some mornings. there was often a queue for the waffle machine, it took too long to make them.

fantastic stay!
clean room separate shampoo
the room was very clean and looked brand new. i liked there was separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. body lotion was by the sink. there was also a safe in the room. i found it very useful.
the room lacked a fridge. this was the first time i have stayed in a hotel with no fridge. it was a bit inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks.

the hotel is near transportation. a bus stop is a short walk away, and the tram is also accessible. this made exploring the city quite convenient, and getting to attractions was simple.
